About the Activity
Boot Camp sessions are designed to get your body moving as well as give your metabolism a kickstart for the day. Once your metabolism is started you will continue to burn calories all through the day. Join us before the children wake or before work to make sure you get your fitness and cardio session done for the day.
At Boot Camp we have great custom built workouts to keep pushing your body, from sit ups, planks, short sprints and tyre flips, we have something for everyone.
