About the Activity
Do you want to be a stronger trail runner? Maybe you want to improve your fitness or you just need some motivation! If so, then this is the perfect training course for you. Trail Fit has been designed by our qualified coaches to improve the 5 fundamental phases of athletic fitness covering speed, endurance, strength, power and performance. After this 6 week course you will feel more prepared for the trails!
Join us each week in the outdoors for a group training session led by one of our qualified coaches. Each of the six sessions includes a dynamic warm-up, the training session, and cool down, lasting around 1 hour.
Meeting points will be in the Tring area. Spaces are limited. We have courses running on Monday, and Thursday mornings starting at 10am. To get the best value sign up to all 6 for £60.
You can also book individual classes, just click on the relevant evening for booking.
If we have to stop the program due to COVID restrictions, we will suspend the course and restart as soon as we are allowed.
