About the Activity
We start with the basics and build up to a level where you can participate in controlled sparring. Who knows, you might do it for real and feel the adrenalin of the big fight build up, that’s the goal!
Boxing is a great way to stay in shape and relieve stress. Our experienced boxing coaches will teach you to learn boxing skills. Whether you’re learning to learn the art of boxing and compete or just as an alternative fitness regime, our teaching dedication is the same. Lessons will involve different movements and stances, punching combinations and skill sets it requires including heavy bag work, floor to ceiling ball, pad work with a trainer and skipping.
Our experienced trainers make the teaching methods easy to understand and anyone can learn.
We offer a controlled environment where you will be trained and observed by professional boxing trainers. Sparring is optional and is always controlled. We control sparring to all levels of fitness and ability, so don’t worry if you have never boxed before.
